    • Alternatively, check the connection status in the WireGuard app under the active tunnel.
  7. Optimize and Troubleshoot
    • Ensure macOS firewall settings allow WireGuard traffic.
    • Check for updates in the App Store to keep WireGuard current.
    • If the connection fails, verify your configuration details or contact your VPN provider for support.
